Manvia was visited by a group of consultants from the north-American company Bentley Systems, with the purpose of presenting its services and portfolio and, taking the opportunity, other Mota-Engil Group companies, namely, MEEC, SUMA and EGF, joined them at the Audiovisual Room in Linda-a-Velha.
Founded in 1984 and with approximately 3500 employees in over 50 countries, Bentley Systems is a global leading company which has advanced software solutions for Infrastructure Management patented, namely, roads, bridges, airports, railways, buildings and hospitals, environmental systems, cogenerations and other industrial units.
These solutions place high emphasis on the importance of asset management, bearing in mind the different stages of their life cycle and are used worldwide by engineers, architects, builders or operators, as a way of speeding up the project’s delivery and at the same time, improve the return on investment.
In a universe dominated by latest technological developments, this was an initiative that brought us the state of the art and a view of the avenues to follow, also in the field of Industry 4.0. This was, incidentally, one of the topics of the Seminar recently organized by Manvia.
