Manvia has actively participated in the 15th Maintenance National congress, organized by the Portuguese Association of Industrial Maintenance (APMI), which took place on the 21st and 22nd of November in the Altice Fórum Braga.
The Internationalization of Maintenance; the maintenance inserted in a policy of asset management; Training in Maintenance; Maintenance management and organization, Industry 4.0; Maintenance in Large Industrial Companies; Normalization and certification; Safety in Maintenance and technologies applied to Maintenance were the subjects approached on the two-day congress.
Associated to the APMI for over a decade, Manvia has been intervening in Maintenance Congresses, often including presentations from its employees, on various subjects, from Occupational Quality and Safety or Energy Efficiency, to the legal aspects in the field of Maintenance.
And this edition was no exception, counting with various interventions in one of the largest congresses at national and international level.
On the first day, Susana Moreda and Fernando Ramos from the Buildings general department, spoke about “Legal obligations of Building Management and Maintenance” describing various approaches, namely, the analysis of legal diplomas, verification of its applicability in the service providers activity, its traceability and the way it is verified if the legal obligations are being met in the contracts.
On the second day, Ana Anselmo and Cátia Neves of the Quality, Environment and Safety Department have analysed ” challenges in the dynamization of an integrated management service in the local implementation of service provision contracts. In the field of Energy Efficiency, Ana Catarina Gonçalves from the Energy and Engineering Department highlighted “The energy benefits in the Implementation of certification of management system of intensive energy consumptions”.
